Birthday lead times — when to order
For a UK birthday, order Tier A products (prints, mugs, totes, t-shirts, phone cases) at least 7 working days before the date. Production is 1–3 working days; dispatch is 2–5 working days via Royal Mail or DPD. Total up to 8 working days from order to door, so 7 is the safe minimum. For international delivery (Ireland, US), add 3–7 working days.
Portrait canvases need more headroom — 12 working days minimum for UK. The artwork generation and review step adds 2–3 working days before production begins. If the birthday is within 10 working days and you want a portrait canvas, email us — we can sometimes expedite on short notice, but we cannot guarantee it.
