2. Orders
By placing an order you confirm that all personalisation details (horse name, breed, colour, yard name) are correct. We cannot re-print at our cost if incorrect details are provided.
3. Personalised goods
Personalised products are exempt from the 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Please see our Returns policy for damage and incorrect order handling.
4. Privacy
How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Prices and payment
All prices are in GBP and include VAT. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
6. Portrait service
The portrait service generates artwork based on your uploaded photo. While we strive for accuracy, generated images are artistic interpretations. We review every generation before printing. Allow 7–10 working days for the complete process.
7. Intellectual property
By uploading a photo, you confirm you have the right to use it and grant us a limited licence to process it for portrait generation.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by English law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
